Angie Lewin as been one of my main inspirations for my final project! These are some of her designs above. I love the style of the flowers and the mixture of balck and colour, and how the designs show growth and movement which i wanted to create for my designs. These are my final designs for my degree show. Here i have used flowers and the stain glass inspiration to create designs for contemporary interior fabrics.

I've been looking at stained glass windows and flower shapes within them for inspiration for my current project these are just a few i like for shape and colour they have used in them. 

Agustina Woodgate

 These rugs by Agustina Woodgate are amazing and really made me think about my own work. Even though i'm not doing textiles the way the rugs are put together brings out shapes that can be interpreted as flowers which is what i'm trying to do and bring out within my own work.
